These terms govern your use of heavengardenbh.com, our Saudi storefront and our mobile application, operated by Heaven Garden W.L.L, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("Heaven Garden", "we").

1. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability.
Product photographs are illustrative; as flowers are natural products, minor variations in bloom, shade and arrangement may occur. Where a specific flower is unavailable, our florists may substitute it with one of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look.
Prices in Bahrain are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and in Saudi Arabia in Saudi Riyal (SAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2. Payment

We accept debit/credit cards and other methods processed securely by Tap Payments, and cash on delivery where offered.
Card details are handled solely by the payment provider over encrypted connections; Heaven Garden does not store full card numbers.
Your order ships only after payment is authorised (except cash-on-delivery orders).

3. Delivery

We deliver across the Kingdom of Bahrain, and in Saudi Arabia to Al Khobar, Dammam and Dhahran.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cut-off shown on the site. You choose the delivery date and time slot at checkout.
Please ensure the recipient's address and phone number are correct. If a recipient is unreachable or the address is wrong, our team will contact you; a failed delivery due to incorrect details may require a new delivery fee.

4. Cancellations & refunds

5. Accounts & loyalty

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Loyalty points have no cash value outside the programme and are governed by the programme rules shown on the Rewards page. Points may be adjusted in cases of refund or misuse.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders. Gift messages must not contain unlawful or abusive content.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Orders delivered in Saudi Arabia are also subject to applicable consumer regulations there.
